Global Engineering Development Program (GEDP)

The Global Engineering Development Program supports early career engineers by introducing a common language around technical skills and expanding business and soft skills. Participants complete individual projects, visit different sites for in-person learning weeks, join a series of webinars and have a mentor to help guide them.

Mentorship Program

“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.”

- John Crosby

At Constellium, hundreds of employees have been paired with mentors to help them expand their view of the business, improve their skills, and progress in their careers. Each spring, a new season of mentoring begins and mentees often become mentors.
