Health Care

  • A choice of competitive coverage options for healthcare, vision and dental care coverage to support employees’ physical well-being.

  • Core coverage for life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance (AD&D), and disability to help provide financial security against the unexpected.

  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account that allows employees with eligible plans to pay for qualified medical expenses with before-tax dollars by making pre-tax contributions.

  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account allows employees to pay for dependent care expenses (i.e., daycare, after- school care, care for an adult dependent during the day while you are at work) with before-tax dollars by allowing pre-tax contributions. Constellium contributes $1,000 towards employees’ DCFSA account.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) | From time to time, everyone faces problems in their lives, whether at home or at work. If problems at home become distracting at work, or if work issues start impacting relationships at home, it creates additional stress that could affect your mental and/or physical health. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers professional counseling, information and support services to intervene before this happens.

  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance
