Job Opportunities
Are you ready to gain actual professional experience in the work place? Constellium’s internship/Co-Op program is proud to provide you real life experience and projects that will grow your skillset and help you stand out amongst your peers. The program involves working with multiple departments, developmental opportunities, and intern outings for networking opportunities. The goal is bringing you on full-time so if you are looking to grow with a company that is willing to invest in you as an individual then don’t miss out on this opportunity.

About the Location
The Constellium Technology Center (C-TEC) is our world-renowned R&D facility with ~250 employees dedicated to aluminium and its alloys. Opened in 1967, the center has been a key contributor to numerous innovations in aluminium metallurgy, including the design of new alloys, metallurgical tempers, products, functional applications, transformation and enabling processes.
1
The Design Engineering intern is a training and career path for future direct hire positions. Engineering Universities provide generic theory. Most Automotive Suppliers must then train new graduates. By hiring interns early, we will be able to specifically train them in Aluminum Extrusion profile design and promote the Constellium brand to their fellow classmates. The Engineering interns would report to the Sr. Technical Manager, however, would be mentored by the Sr. Design Engineers. This would give leadership opportunities to the Engineers.
Each Intern would be given an individual project to complete within the semester and/or, if there are other Interns, a group project. The project would be one of the following: document/update existing processes or create training documentation to support ISO certification or in the area of continuous improvement. Their day-to-day responsibilities would be to support the Engineers with CAD.
