Increasing the number of women working at Constellium

We have put in place an ambitious plan to address the current gap in gender diversity in our workplaces. We have committed to increase the percentage of women in professional and management roles at Constellium to 25% in 2025.

Offering industry competitive benefits and trainings

We offer a minimum o f 16 weeks paid maternity leave and a 4-week parental leave for new partners and adoptive parents. Our U.S. sites also offer childcare employer subsidy. Our employees go through unconscious bias training to foster an inclusive environment.

We offer an in-house mentorship program for employees to seek guidance and support.

In 2023, Constelliun launched Women Inspiring Networking & Success, a global employee resource group focused on empowering women.

Prioritizing Merit and Pay Equity

We do not tolerate any gender-based pay discrimination. Using third-party data, we benchmark our salaries against the external market in promotions, transfers, and new hire pay.

Constellium WINS

The Constellium Women's Network aims to provide support to women's professional development by means of training, retention, and providing feedback on issues that are relevant to and impact women.

WINS provides women with a platform for celebrating their accomplishments as well as addressing the common challenges they may face during their workday at Constellium.

In addition to this, the network also aims to assist women in their search for internal career opportunities on a range of topics that are of particular interest to them. The goal is to empower the Women of Constellium with equal opportunity at the heart of what we do.​
