Increasing the number of women working at Constellium
We have put in place an ambitious plan to address the current gap in gender diversity in our workplaces. We have committed to increase the percentage of women in professional and management roles at Constellium to 25% in 2025.

Making sure our work environment is flexible and inclusive for all
We offer a minimum o f 16 weeks paid maternity leave and a 4-week parental leave for new partners and adoptive parents. Our U.S. sites also offer childcare employer subsidy. Our employees go through unconscious bias training to foster an inclusive environment.
