Constellium inaugurated a new €130 million recycling center at our Neuf-Brisach facility, adding 130,000 metric tons of recycling capacity —a 75% increase—and bringing us closer to our goal of increasing recycled input to at least 50% by 2030.

"Closing the Loop" with luxury packaging leader Tesem
A new partnership between Constellium and Tesem creates a closed-loop system for recycling high purity aluminum used in luxury cosmetics packaging. By integrating more recycled material, Constellium will supply Tesem with low-carbon aluminum, cutting emissions by 95% compared to primary metal production. Casting with Hydrogen
Constellium successfully completed its first industrial-scale hydrogen casting at our C-TEC R&D center. Performed in a 12-ton furnace, the casting also leveraged Batscan™ technology, an inclusion detection tool for molten aluminum, to ensure quality. This achievement marks a pivotal step in Constellium's journey towards decarbonizing our industrial activities.

Investing in Advanced Aluminum Production for National Security
The U.S. Department of Defense selected Constellium Muscle Shoals for a $23 million investment to rebuild its Direct Chill aluminum casting center. The facility will feature advanced casting equipment, increasing capacity by 300 million pounds annually to reduce reliance on primary metal and increase recycled input, providing a self-reliant domestic source of aluminum rolling ingot.
