In 2020, Constellium focused its efforts to respond to the COVID-19 crisis, with our employees’ safety as our #1 priority.
In March 2020, we signed a 10-year contract with Airbus.
And as our strong product quality, operational performance and customer service were recognized with Airbus “Best Performer Award” by their Supply Chain and Quality Improvement Program (SQIP).
We launched in June 2020 our additive manufacturing offer, Aheadd®.
High performance aluminum powders for laser powder bed additive manufacturing. Aheadd® solutions bring unmatched thermal stability, allowing replacement of titanium in selected applications to reduce weight and cost.
Also in June we received a Platinum rating from EcoVadis...
...a leading provider of business sustainability ratings. Platinum is the highest rating awarded by EcoVadis and puts Constellium in the top 1% of companies assessed worldwide. Constellium has long placed sustainability at the core of our business, and this recognition will inspire us to go further.
