On May 23, 2013, Constellium began trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol CSTM.
Our successful initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in May and two subsequent secondary offerings by former shareholders, RioTinto and Apollo, ushered in an exciting new era for Constellium as an independent public company fully in control of its development.

In July 2013, we created our International Scientific Council.
The Council’s mandate is to nurture and broaden Constellium’s global scientific vision and perspective on relevant emerging domains, key drivers, and technological trends related to its strategic activities. The Scientific Council plans to deliver high level advisory support and recommendations to Constellium on its R&D competencies, innovation approach, critical R&D collaborations worldwide, and enrichment of its scientific network.
